Terms and Conditions

Welcome to my professional MC services. By booking me, Ayu Assyamsi, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth collaboration and a successful event.

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receiving a signed agreement and a deposit payment of 50% of the total fee. (Prepare a template agreement ready to share with clients.)
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the event date.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.
• Late payments may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations by the client:
• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of the deposit.
• 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund of the deposit.
• Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
• Cancellations by me:
• In the rare case that I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, and I will assist in finding a suitable replacement MC.

• Details Required: Clients must provide the event schedule, venue address, scripts, and specific requests at least 7 days before the event.
• Technical Rider:
• The venue must provide a high-quality, A-branded wireless microphone with fully charged or new batteries.
• The sound system must be of professional quality, clean, and in good working condition to ensure seamless delivery.
• Delays in Providing Information: If essential information or materials are submitted later than 7 days before the event, an additional preparation fee of 10% of the total fee may apply.

• I am committed to delivering exceptional service that adheres to the agreed script and tone.
• I reserve the right to decline hosting content that is inappropriate, offensive, or conflicts with my professional values.
• I encourage clients to review my portfolio, testimonials, or videos to ensure my MC style aligns with their event’s needs and expectations.

• Significant changes to the event’s schedule, format, or other critical details must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Last-Minute Adjustments: Additional charges of IDR 500,000 may apply for significant adjustments made within 48 hours of the event.

• If the event exceeds the agreed duration, an overtime fee of IDR 750,000 per hour will apply.

• I am not responsible for issues beyond my control, including technical failures, force majeure, or delays caused by the client or third parties.

• Any content I create (e.g., event scripts) remains my intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

• Any personal or event-related information shared with me will remain confidential and will only be used for event preparation purposes.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or through mediation if necessary.
